Cleaning Descriptions

Surface cleans consist of dusting for cobwebs as well as all furniture, tv's, items, light fixtures/ceiling fans, and wall decor. All window sills dusted. Disinfecting and scrubbing all surfaces in bathrooms. Kitchen countertops, sink/faucet, stovetop, outside of appliances to be disinfected and polished. All flooring to be mopped or vacuumed. 

Deep cleaning consists of wiping down of all surfaces including tables, chairs, shelving, wall decor, etc. Countertops to be disinfected. Cabinets to be scubbed (inside and out If empty). All light fixtures and ceiling fans dusted. Tub/showers, mirrors, sinks and faucets disinfected. Doors, baseboards, appliances inside and out to be scrubbed (refrigerator, if empty). Dust for cobwebs, mopping all flooring, scrubbing of tile, vacuuming under or around furniture. Interior windows cleaned.

Select rooms/areas to be cleaned, or use of clients cleaning products or tools.

 Move in/out cleaning consists of scrubbing of all surfaces including inside and out of all cabinets, doors, and baseboards. Interior windows/tracks cleaned. Inside and out of major kitchen appliances scrubbed. All tubs/showers, 

countertops, sinks/faucets to be disinfected. Special products used to bring your home to "show ready" condition. We always mop/vacuum our way out to reduce footprints left behind for pictures.

Disinfecting of bathroom surfaces, light switches, and door nobs. Dusting of computers, other electronics, and desks. Vacuuming or mopping of all flooring. 

Desks must be organized/picked up to be cleaned.

Post-construction cleans consist of all bathroom surfaces scrubbed and polished. Windows washed (interior and exterior). All baseboards, doors, and window/door framework to be scrubbed. All cabinets (inside and out) to be shop vacced and scrubbed (all drawers to be pulled out prior to scrubbing). All Countertops and flooring cleaned. All kitchen appliances and faucets polished. All windows tracks and floor vents to be shop vacced (within reach). Oversprayed paint to be removed

Bag items or trash left behind, bags to be placed in designated area (dumpster, garage, curb, etc.)

Treat stains and shampoo carpeting in selected rooms.

Replacing of sheets, pillowcases, and comfortor. 

Hazardous materials found while cleaning will be photographed and added to invoice. Hazardous materials include but are not limited to; Rodent droppings/urine, excessive mold,  used needles or drug paraphernalia, any type of human waste found outside of toilet (walls, floors, etc.),  asbestos, lead paint, etc.

*Wall Washing service REQUIRES a home walk through prior to scheduling your clean*

Selected walls to be dusted and then mopped. Please note that some scratches, hard scuff marks or gouges may not come off. 

Please Note: Flat paint may have minor streaking, residual staining left behind

Recommendation: Dust and spot clean flat paint walls

Interior window glass, tracks, and framing to be cleaned. Service may be added to surface cleaning
